If your handmade jewelry item ever breaks under normal wear, you may return it for repair at no charge (except shipping).

A lot of love went into making your handcrafted jewelry!  "Abused jewelry" repair may be subject to charges at the discretion of the "injured artist" (heh!).

Please understand that many of these rare, vintage, or unusual lampwork beads may not be replaceable because of their "one of a kind" aspects, but they are well-made and sturdy and should not break easily.

Insurance is optional but strongly suggested.  If you should order any jewelry and do not request or pay for insurance, your jewelry will go out uninsured - and if your package is not insured, I cannot be responsible for any problems that may result due to damage or lost mail.
