I endeavor to keep an adequate supply of merchandise on
hand at all times. However, as all of these pieces are individually handmade, and
with sales constantly increasing, occasionally, I may not have
the exact piece you order ready for immediate shipping.
Ordering from MUSICATS is quite simple. All you need to do is select what item(s) you wish to order, and email me using this form below. I will get back to you with a complete price including shipping (note shipping charges below), and then you can pay in one of several ways.
PAYPAL
If you wish to pay using a credit card you may do so via PayPal. This is a free service - and is quite simple to use. If you are not a member already, you may sign up using this link: http://www.paypal.com/ When you DO sign up using this link and you verify your bank account, you will receive $5 FREE just for joining! This is a pretty good deal as it will probably most if not all of the shipping charges you may have.
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
If you wish to pay using a check or money order, this is perfectly fine. Please understand that this will delay your order by as much as three weeks. Should you decide to choose this option I will be in close email contact with you regarding the status of your order as time goes on, so you will not be in the dark concerning when your merchandise will arrive. My mailing address is at the bottom of each page, but please do not send a check until you email me to verify your final charges and whether we have your selected item(s) in stock.
SHIPPING
If I cannot ship your order within 5 working
days, I will email you for instructions. Please understand that as
these items are individually handmade, they are subject to many factors of production
such as drying and curing time, plating and finishing time, supply
of raw materials, etc.
I ship on Mondays and Thursdays unless special
handling costs are agreed upon.
All shipments are sent by US Postal Service,
Parcel Post. All packages are insured for the value only.
This keeps cost down, promotes safe delivery and gives both of us
proof of shipping.
Special handling shipping arrangements, such as
Next Day, and shipping outside Continental USA are
available, as is gift wrapping. Because these cost can vary
depending upon your requirements, you will need to email me for a
price before your item can be shipped.

I have to apologise to any non-US customers however at the moment there is no real way I can ship overseas. This may change in the future, however for the moment it will just have to be US orders only.
